The ombudsman of the Hospital São Lucas da PUCRS has for mission to act as a channel of communication between the client / family and the hospital, contributing to the improvement of the processes and the strengthening of relations. It is the space to manifest itself on denunciations, complaints, suggestions, information and compliments. All manifestations received are analyzed by the Ombudsman and forwarded to the areas of competence for appreciation. The Ombudsman follows the institutional guidelines, focusing on the client, being a management tool, contributing, in the continuous improvement of the processes.
Register your manifestation through the manifestation registration , or by phone (51) 3320-3351 , from 2nd to 5th, from 8:30 am to 12:30 p.m. at 4pm, and 6th fair, from 8:30 am to 12h and 13:30 to 16h30min.
